Key Responsibilities

- Create, publish, and monitor campaigns and content on various social media platforms, diligently tracking key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Analyze performance data to identify and communicate trends, implementing tests to maximize post engagement for target audiences.
- Tailor posting strategies for each brand and platform, ensuring alignment with overarching marketing goals.
- Collaborate effectively with content creators, SEO teams, product marketing, and developer relations.
- Continuously monitor and assess campaign metrics, utilizing data-driven insights to refine strategies for optimal results.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in social media marketing, proactively seeking opportunities for innovation.
- Explore and recommend new social media channels where target personas may engage beyond conventional platforms.
- Establish and maintain structured social media content calendars for all brands.
- Manage and expand an employee advocacy and ambassador program.
- Foster community engagement by monitoring conversations, responding to reviews, and facilitating stakeholder involvement as necessary.
Required Skills
- Over 4 years of experience in organic B2B social media marketing, ideally within a global high-tech organization or agency.
- Comprehensive understanding of KPIs and campaign objectives, linking performance metrics to strategic business goals.
- Proficient in utilizing social media platforms for B2B marketing, including LinkedIn, Twitter, Reddit, and GitHub.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret performance data, extract actionable insights, and present findings to senior management.
- Exceptional project management capabilities, adept at multitasking and prioritizing workload.
- Self-motivated individual with the ability to work independently, effectively solve challenges, and seek support when required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to collaborate with remote, global teams.
- In-depth understanding of developer communities, their preferences, and behaviors, enabling the creation of targeted marketing initiatives.
- Familiarity with social media management tools such as Sprout Social, Buffer, ClearView Social, and Monday.com is advantageous.
